Unless specified in the position announcement or advertisement, we don't close a position until it has been filled.

How to Apply

You may apply for a position by either submitting a resume or completing an application.

Submit Your Resume

We welcome you to mail, email, fax or hand deliver your resume, along with a cover letter, telling us about your qualifications. Resumes are kept in an active file for four months.

Resumes are accepted in place of an application initially. If chosen for a personal interview, you can then fill out an application.

Please note that emailed resumes are accepted only if the resume is included in the body of the message with your letter. Please do not send email attachments; they will not be opened.

Complete an Application

You may fill out an application at the Human Resources office, located at 898 Wave Street (a block up from the aquarium, at the corner of Wave and David).

To apply for multiple openings, write all the positions you're applying for on the application under "position desired."

Our offices are open to the public Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. At other times, applications are available in a box located outside the front door of the building. Drop off completed applications in the secure drop box located outside the front door.

Once You've Applied

Once you've submitted a resume or completed application, you will receive notification by mail or email that your information has been received. If your background and experience are appropriate to our openings, we will contact you for a personal interview within two to four weeks.

If you decide to apply for any other positions with us, please submit a new resume and cover letter tailored to the new position(s) of interest.
