At Cooking for Solutions 2005, the focus once again is on great cuisine from sources that protect the health of the oceans and the land. Our celebrity chefs create memorable gourmet dishes, lead tours of sustainable farms and vineyards, and present cooking demonstrations that feature sustainable seafood.
