Seafood Watch Launches Monthly Recipes
AUGUST 2009
Seafood Watch, a program of the Monterey Bay Aquarium, launches monthly sustainable seafood recipes, including tantalizing dishes from celebrity chefs such as Rick Bayless, Suzanne Goin, Rick Moonen, Jesse Ziff Cool and others.
The recipes use only seafood from the Seafood Watch "Best Choices" or "Good Alternatives" lists, which help ensure healthy oceans. The popular recipes also include interviews with the chefs and tips for cooking success.
