Underwater Explorers program
Underwater Explorers is part of our Aquarium Adventures programs, which offer many opportunities to experience the wonders of ocean life—on the bay and behind the scenes.

Underwater Explorers

June 2003
This special program gives kids ages 8 to 13 the chance to surface SCUBA dive with our staff in the Great Tide Pool. They don dry suits and swim through the water, discovering along the way a variety of animals and plants that live along the rocky shores. The program proves immensely popular and helps young people establish a connection with the ocean.

Winter: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Summer/holidays: 9:30 a.m.-6 p.m.
