You can use your purchasing power to reward those efforts and create marketplace demand, demonstrating you care about the future supplies of seafood and the environment. You have more power than you think. Sixty-seven percent of seafood, by value, is served in restaurants. Your seafood purchasing decisions play substantial roles in determining which products consistently enter the market.
