Learn about the importance of choosing seafood from sustainable, environmentally responsible fisheries and fish farms—and spread the word! Please use the contents of the kit to take the following steps:

Leave behind five "Thank You" cards at restaurants and retail markets that offer items from the Seafood Watch Best Choices or Good Alternative lists.

Leave behind five "Become Aware" postcards at restaurants and retail markets that serve or sell seafood from the Seafood Watch "Avoid" list.

Distribute at least ten regional Seafood Watch Pocket Guides to family, friends and businesses.

Read and distribute Seafood Watch Action Cards to educate yourself and others about species on the Seafood Watch "Avoid" list.
