Seahorses Need Our Help
Seahorses are some of the most enchanting and mysterious creatures in the ocean. They are also in
trouble, struggling to survive in threatened habitats around the world—coral reefs, sea
grass beds and mangrove forests. That’s why it’s so important that we tell their story—and
make a difference for their survival.
Exciting New Exhibits
Our newest special exhibition, "The Secret Lives of Seahorses," takes you into their world—a "secret garden"—to explore their mystifying behaviors and unusual adaptations.
You’ll meet several amazing animals, including leafy sea dragons, potbelly seahorses, ribbon pipehorses, and pipefish.
Meeting seahorses face to face is a life-changing experience that will inspire people to become advocates for seahorses and their fragile habitats.
