John has been with Cooking for Solutions from its inception and is a tireless advocate for sustainable food and wine. An internationally recognized chef, educator and author, he is credited as the creator of Wine Country Cuisine and is the award-winning author of three cookbooks. John's passion for teaching is matched only by his passionate voice on sustainable food issues. He serves on the national Board of the Chefs Collaborative, an organization committed to advancing sustainable and ethical food. His new book Culinary Birds will be published by Perseus Books in fall 2012.
