Tony Baker's began his career in his native England, where he often cooked for royalty and well-known political figures at several highly acclaimed restaurants. Since 1997 he has led the team at Montrio Bistro and his consistent use of sustainable ingredients and local purveyors has earned him praise and acclaim on a national level. A longtime participant in Cooking for Solutions, Tony is deeply committed to developing lasting relationships with local farmers, ranchers and fishermen and often offers his talents for local causes and community events.
