From curing his own salumis and charcuterie to preparing mouth-watering vegan creations, Sean has a range rarely seen in the culinary world. His menus are driven by the hard work of farmers, ranchers and cheesemakers, whom he calls the true heroes. Prior to becoming Executive Chef at Gather, Sean worked at Millennium Restaurant, Zibibbo, Google's kitchens, and was Executive Chef at Gabriella Café, where he received local and national recognition.
