Cuisine" Jimmy Schmidt in Arizona, then worked at fine restaurants throughout the Southwest, earning praise throughout the region and an invitation to cook at the James Beard House. He has returned to his native California as executive chef at Rio Grill, where he continues to crystallize his creative culinary vision.
