Prepare to fall in love as you follow a single sea otter's journey—from stranding as an orphaned pup to rescue, care and release by Aquarium staff. Through Luna's story, you'll learn about the threats facing California's sea otter population, and what the Aquarium is doing to help.

Evenings by the Bay

Spend summer evenings on the bay during our extended weekend hours until 8 p.m. See the Aquarium in a whole new light as you visit your favorite exhibits after the crowds, savor a glass of wine and snack on a special menu. Enjoy musical performances by Michael Glines on Saturday night and Monterey Jazz Festival musician Roger Eddy on Sunday.
