Vice President of Membership & Development
Nancy Enterline is responsible for the individual giving, grants and corporate giving programs that support the Aquarium's exhibits, education and conservation and science programs. Nancy also oversees the Aquarium’s Membership department that now stands at over 70,000 households nationwide.
“I grew up in a coastal community in Florida and am deeply grateful for countless long days spent at the beach with family and friends. The ocean has been a constant in my life and it’s a privilege to now spend my days working to protect it.”
She's worked in the nonprofit field for 20 years, including 11 at the Aquarium. Before coming to the Aquarium, Nancy held fundraising, marketing and communications roles at other nonprofits, including the San Francisco Art Institute, The Getty Institute and the American Federation of Arts in New York.
Nancy is committed to service in our local communities. She is chair of the Pacific Grove Library Board and on the board of the Girl Scouts Monterey Redwoods Service Unit, and is past president of the Monterey County Youth Museum.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and art history from Wake Forest University, and a Master of Science in information studies with a museum informatics focus from Florida State University.
