Annie Hobbs is the chef and owner of A Taste Elegance Catering, where she creates cuisine with an emphasis on quality. She began her career at an early age working in the kitchens of her family's restaurants. Annie understands the craft of creating the extraordinary out of the most humble ingredients. She has honed her skills to work with some of the industry's best. In the 10 years of leading A Taste of Elegance, Annie and her team have had the privilege of creating and executing remarkable events. Among her broad catering resume some of the highlights include magazine-published weddings, collaborating with Thomas Keller's team on joint events, and catering for Dom Pérignon's Chef de Cave.
