Panelist-Antibiotics: Land, Sea and the Connection to Human Health
Peter Bridson is founder of Seagreen Research. He was the Aquaculture Manager at Seafood Watch for six years and is responsible for researching the complex and often controversial environmental impacts of aquaculture. His more than 20 years' experience in aquaculture research aided the development of standards with which Seafood Watch assesses the sustainability of farmed seafood and informs the buying decision of consumers and businesses nationwide. Peter sits on the Global Aquaculture Alliance's Standards Oversight Committee, the Global Seafood Sustainability Initiative's Aquaculture Expert Working Group, and the National Institute for Animal Agriculture's National Roundtable for Sustainable Aquaculture. He previously sat on the WWF-initiated Shrimp Aquaculture Dialogue's Global Steering Committee and the Global Aquaculture Performance Index's Policy Advisory Committee.
