Betsy Andrews is Editor-at-Large for Rodale's Organic Life. She is also a wine columnist for Departures.com, and a contributor to The Wall Street Journal, Food & Wine, Arrive, and other publications. She is the former executive editor of Saveur magazine, where she edited, among other things, all the wine content, and she was the editor of Saveur DRINK. She has also been a dining critic for The New York Times, the online editor at This Old House, a senior editor at This Old House, and she created Food & Wine's first-ever blog, "On the Line in New Orleans," an insider report on the recovery of the restaurant industry after Katrina. Betsy is also a poet. Her first book, New Jersey, won the 2007 Brittingham Prize in Poetry, and her second book, The Bottom, won the 42 Miles Press Poetry Prize for 2014.
