To change your shipping address, please email otter@naturetshirts.com as soon as possible and include your full name, order number, and the new shipping address.

Shirts begin shipping in mid-to-late July. You’ll receive an email with tracking from Liberty Graphics once your thank-you gift is on the way. Please allow a minimum of 5-6 weeks for delivery.

Because this is a limited thank-you gift tied to a donation, we’re unable to change, cancel, or exchange items once processed.

Domestic shipping is covered in the price of the minimum $65.13 donation. For international shipping, there will be an additional $12 USD charge per order.

Shirts are pre-shrunk but may shrink up to 5% if washed or dried hot.

The design won’t wash out. Liberty Graphics uses eco-friendly, water-based inks that bond to the fabric. Over time, with several washes, the design will appear to 'weather' a bit. This is actually caused by 'fibrillation', a natural breakdown of the cotton shirt material where microscopic fibers stand up on the shirt and make the ink appear to fade. Because it actually becomes part of the fabric, a properly cured water-based ink will never wash off the shirt. Most people consider this gradual, subtle fading more aesthetically pleasing than the cracking and peeling of plastisol ink.
