Long-mouth jelly
Sarsia apicula
Meet the long-mouth jelly
This jelly stings for their supper. A long-mouth jelly trails four tentacles behind their bell to comb the water for food. Stinging cells stun plankton and hold them tight. Then that tubular mouth swings over to slurp up a meal.
