Program topic

Habitat Hunters

What is unique about the Monterey Bay? The Monterey Bay is home to many species of marine invertebrates. Even though all these animals call the bay home, they are each suited to live in particular habitats within it. Through visuals and tactile stimuli, including live animals, students will get an up-close look at the kelp forest, sandy shore, and rocky shore habitats, and animals that inhabit them.
